Responsibilities & Context:
Handle Hajj & Umrah package bookings and customer inquiries.
Prepare and manage Hajj & Umrah travel documents.
Coordinate airline ticket booking, hotel reservations and transportation.
Assist clients with visa processing and required documentation.
Provide Accurate information about Hajj & Umrah rules, procedures and travel requirements.
Maintain communication with airlines, hotels and overseas partners.
Keep records of bookings, payments and customer information.
Resolve custome rissues and provide after-sales support.
Perform other operational tasks assigned by the management.
Experienced applicants will be given priority.
