Responsibilities & Context:

Welcome visitors, clients, and guests. Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.

Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier, and parcels.

Manage meeting room bookings and appointments.

Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.

Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.

Support HR and Administration with daily administrative tasks.
