Responsibilities & Context:

Duty: Full time (10 am to 7 pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.

  • Maintain good relationships with customers through effective communication.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solution.

  • Prepare daily call reports and submit them to management.
