Candidates having prior relevant experience will be preferred
Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software systems.
Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing smartphone devices.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and repair instruments.
Ability to work under pressures.
Understanding of occupational safety standards and workshop management.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identifying hardware failures (screen, battery, motherboard) and software glitches (OS crashes, malware, app crashes, sync issues).
Providing "L1, L2, L3 & L4" support for complex repairs executing component-level fixes and part replacements
