Experience:

• SSC
• HSC

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mobile Technology, ICT, or a related field.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Male

• Candidates having prior relevant experience will be preferred

• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software systems.

• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing smartphone devices.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and repair instruments.

• Ability to work under pressures.

• Understanding of occupational safety standards and workshop management.

• Good reporting and documentation skills.

• Identifying hardware failures (screen, battery, motherboard) and software glitches (OS crashes, malware, app crashes, sync issues).

• Providing "L1, L2, L3 & L4" support for complex repairs executing component-level fixes and part replacements
