To support our continuous growth, we are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Student Counselors. The successful candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students, promoting our professional safety training programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) training programs.

• Explain course details, career opportunities, certification benefits, class schedules, and admission procedures.

• Respond to student inquiries via phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and direct office visits.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions using the company's CRM or database.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, promotional campaigns, and corporate visits when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
