We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in journalism and news reporting. This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in news production, field reporting, and digital media.

The intern will assist the editorial team in gathering news, preparing reports, and supporting newsroom activities. After successful completion of the internship, candidates will be recruited as a full-time News Reporter based on performance.

Interns will work closely with experienced reporters and editors to learn professional reporting standards, news writing techniques, and ethical journalism practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior reporters and editors in collecting news and information

• Cover local events, press conferences, and community activities when assigned

• Conduct basic interviews with sources and gather statements

• Write short news reports, summaries, and articles for online publication

• Verify facts and ensure accuracy before submitting reports

• Assist in preparing news scripts for video or online platforms

• Capture photos or short video clips during field reporting (if required)

• Monitor social media and other news sources for trending stories

• Support the newsroom team in daily editorial tasks
