Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Service

  • Greet and interact with customers politely and professionally

  • Listen to customer queries, complaints, and feedback attentively and provide prompt solutions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

Order & Service Management

  • Accurately receive, process, and deliver customer orders

  • Maintain service standards and follow company policies

  • Inform customers about offers, promotions, and product details

Sales Support

  • Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques

  • Recommend appropriate products/services based on customer needs

  • Actively contribute to achieving daily sales targets

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with kitchen, riders, and other team members to ensure timely service delivery

  • Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager/Supervisor

  • Maintain teamwork and a positive work environment

Administrative Tasks

  • Record customer information and feedback properly

  • Prepare daily sales and customer service reports

  • Comply with company policies, safeguarding principles, and labour laws
