Greet and interact with customers politely and professionally
Listen to customer queries, complaints, and feedback attentively and provide prompt solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
Accurately receive, process, and deliver customer orders
Maintain service standards and follow company policies
Inform customers about offers, promotions, and product details
Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Recommend appropriate products/services based on customer needs
Actively contribute to achieving daily sales targets
Coordinate with kitchen, riders, and other team members to ensure timely service delivery
