Job Description:

• Role Overview: Universal IT is seeking highly dynamic, articulation-focused, and results-driven professionals to join our international deployment wing. As an International Campaign Specialist, you will be assigned to high-yield outbound telemarketing, strategic lead generation, direct sales, or premium customer support tracks depending on your specific project assignment.

• Cross-Border Outbound Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective residential or corporate consumers across the USA and Canada.

• Full-Cycle Pipeline Conversion: Execute script presentation, handle objections smoothly, and fix qualified appointments or close direct sales transactions for premium North American enterprise clients.

• Native/Near-Native English Proficiency: Candidates must possess exceptional verbal communication skills, clear pronunciation, and strong listening comprehension. The ability to engage in unscripted, natural conversations with native North American speakers is strictly mandatory.

• Sales Acumen & Resilience: A persuasive, confident personality with a thick skin for handling rejection and a strong drive to hit performance milestones.
