The Supply Chain Associate will support daily inventory, costing, and reporting activities in a food and restaurant chain environment. The role involves coordinating with Accounts, Operations, and outlet teams to ensure accurate data entry, stock control, and timely reporting through ERP and reporting tools.
Daily / Weekly Responsibilities:
Prepare daily catering / staff food reports by collecting purchase and issue data
Update meal numbers based on projections
Maintain daily transportation cost records
Prepare meat inventory reports for chicken, mutton, and beef (opening, receiving, issue, wastage/shrinkage, and closing stock)
Enter central purchase and expense data into the software system
Support ERP software implementation and monitor post-implementation activities with relevant teams
Review data entries from Gulshan-1, Dhaka outlet and provide necessary feedback
Maintain stationery / office supplies inventory and prepare purchase requisitions
Properly maintain and file important documents such as issue vouchers and MRR copies
Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for supply chain–related activities
Provide daily operational support to supply chain functions
Monitor and verify weekly inventory stock
Monthly Responsibilities:
Prepare central warehouse closing stock reports
Prepare per meal costing reports for catering operations
Prepare brand-wise finished goods costing reports (Peyari Tehari & Fry Guys)
Prepare actual costing reports for chicken, mutton, and beef
Prepare monthly inventory issue reports (outlet-wise or section-wise) as required by management
Other Responsibilities:
Coordinate with outlets and sections as required
Prepare costing reports for various items when needed
Collect data from reporting tools and update management regularly
Provide overall support in ERP-related tasks
