Experience:
Relevant experience in Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management, preferably in a Real Estate/Land Development Company.
Candidates having experience in land customer service, real estate documentation, deed registration, mutation/namjari, possession/handover or installment management will be given preference.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the position based on their qualifications and competency.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of land/real estate customer service processes in Bangladesh.
Practical understanding of land-related documentation and registration procedures.

A well-reputed Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and responsible professional to join its Customer Service Department as Asst. Manager / Executive – Customer Service (Land). The position will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with land customers, addressing their queries and complaints, ensuring timely customer service, and coordinating with internal departments regarding allotment, installment payments, documentation, registration, mutation, possession/handover and other land-related matters. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in real estate/land development customer service and be comfortable dealing with customers, documentation and different internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day customer queries, requests and complaints related to land projects and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers regarding installments, outstanding payments, documentation, registration, mutation and possession.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Finance, Legal, Land, Registration and other relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.
Prepare and maintain customer-related documents, records, correspondence and service history.
Assist customers regarding allotment letters, agreements, payment receipts, demand notices, possession letters, deeds and other relevant documents.
Follow up with concerned departments regarding deed preparation, registration, mutation/namjari, possession and handover of land.
Coordinate with customers and relevant personnel for Sub-Registry Office/registration-related activities when required.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding project status, payment schedules, documentation and other applicable procedures.
Monitor pending customer requests and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned department to provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on outstanding installments and coordinate with Accounts & Finance/Sales teams where necessary.
Maintain updated customer databases, files, statements and other records.
Prepare customer service reports, pending issue reports and other management reports as required.
Support the team in maintaining strong and long-term relationships with customers.
Visit project sites, registration offices, government offices or other relevant locations when required for customer service purposes.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information and documents.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
