Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Candidates who have experience of 1 year or above in AUS & USA campaign are preferred.
• Freshers from English medium background with a natural English accent are encouraged to join us!
• Excellent English speaking & listening will be given highest priority regardless of experience !!
• Basic computer operating knowledge such as Excel, Spreadsheet, Notes, etc.
• Must be positive & coachable to maximize own potential

• Call potential prospects to schedule appointment.

• Lead the conversation & understand Customer requirements.

• Find out customer’s concerns then suggest solutions accordingly.

• Accurately record feedback, reactions & information in into our CRM database.

• Cooperate with the team & trainer to meet quality & quota.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly

• Attendance + Transport bonus ( 1000 + 1000 )

• Daily performance bonus ( 200-300 )

• Monthly performance bonus ( 600-1000 each job done )
