  • Additional Training: Completed courses or certifications in Call Center Operations or Customer Care Management will be highly valued.



Responsibilities & Context:

Rangpur Community Medical College & Hospital is one of the largest and world class Health Institutions in Bangladesh. The hospital will recruit some professionals in the call center willing to communicate with patients/Customer.

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.

  • This is a full-time position that has to work with patients/Customers.

  • Provide the best services to the patients and the attendant of the patients.

  • Should be experienced in working in the call center. Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.

  • The candidate has to handle inbound and outbound call Call the patients for an appointment Call the patients to remind them of the follow-up call

  • Conduct survey via telephone Answer the queries of the patients.

  • Any other job assigned by supervisor/top management
