  • Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially excel for daily reporting
  • Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus.
  • Applicants have to be smart, energetic and good communication skill
  • Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain the designated teams Train up and QC the teams Regular reporting for the process

  • Agent Performance Management

  • Train teams and individuals effectively on quality procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices across the business functions.

  • Training soft skill to the team as per approved my company guideline or line manager

  • Call analysis, providing needed feedback, team meeting, work to upgrade the quality of the performer/employee

  • Taking daily, weekly, monthly session for call quality training

  • Process up gradation planning Meeting the target KPI

  • Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation prepare
