- Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team
Responsibilities & Context: Maintain the designated teams Train up and QC the teams Regular reporting for the process
Agent Performance Management
Train teams and individuals effectively on quality procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices across the business functions.
Training soft skill to the team as per approved my company guideline or line manager
Call analysis, providing needed feedback, team meeting, work to upgrade the quality of the performer/employee
Taking daily, weekly, monthly session for call quality training
Process up gradation planning Meeting the target KPI
Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation prepare
