Education:
    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)
    • Diploma in Electrical in Electrical Engineering

Training and/or certification in Project Management will be preferred, along with proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, ETAP, PLC/SCADA, Fire Detection & Protection Systems, or other relevant engineering software will be added as extra advantage.

The Candidate should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla. Strong presentation, technical report writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.



Responsibilities & Context:

 

*Provide technical support, guidance, and engineering solutions for electrical systems and project execution.

*Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical engineering and installation works.

*Review electrical designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.

*Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.

*Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

*Coordinate with utility authorities and regulatory agencies for approvals, inspections, and statutory compliance.

*Oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and project handover activities.

*Prepare BOQs, material estimates, progress reports, and technical documentation.

*Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

*Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination.

*Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with organizational objectives.
