• Diploma on Material Management or Inventory Management will be given preference.

• Monitoring stock levels regularly and ensuring items are well-stocked.
• Conducting physical stock checks (cycle counts) and reconciling with system data.
• Ensuring proper storage of products to prevent damages.
• Maintaining product displays and ensuring products are arranged neatly and according to store standard. Inspecting products for defects and reporting issues to the relevant department and Maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Updating the inventory management system with data on stock arrivals.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Checking of expired or damaged stock and removing or replacing it as necessary.
• Ensure FIFO, BIN card and other issues for smother Inventory Management.
• Identify slow, Fast and non - moving item regularly for maintaining Stock.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring and ensuring the security of the store and its inventory.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or security concerns to the relevant authority.
• Following store policies for loss prevention and theft control.
• Regularly communicating with senior management or reporting manager regarding stock levels and issues.
• Preparing inventory reports and updating management on any significant stock discrepancies.
• Coordinating with vendors or suppliers regarding deliveries and stock replenishments.
• Perform other tasks assign by the top management or authority time to time.
