The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the team lead of operations related to shipments in Bangladesh.

• Review and analysis of transportation schedules with Manufacturing Plant and DC's, in order to better manage transportation capacity and container availability, complying with the plants processes and requirements. 

• Review of all transportation costs are within budget, control and advise of additional movements or cost with the inland carries.

• Handling of special shipments, such as machinery, yarn or fabric; from pickup to delivery to destination.

• Manage the vehicle available as per demand from the respective team.

• Manage the traffic KPI: Cost, utilization, safety, turn, demurrage control etc.

• To allocate and manage staff resources according to the changing needs.

• Conduct daily meeting and brief team.

• Coordinate with the suppliers and supervise to make sure that all equipment (trucks and containers) is CTPAT aligned and available for the business requirements.

• Supervise all facility exports comply with CTPAT.

• Supervise and monitor the systematic receiving/ shipping during processing and cross check with relevant documentation.

• Coordinating with internal and external stake holder to support the daily target.

• Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
