Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience including bonded warehouse. (at least 5 years Bonded Warehouse).
  • Pronounced knowledge about Bonded Warehouse Management.
  • Relevant experience of ERP/WMS systems.
  • Secure use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in textile/garments/manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills (Fluent in English)

Responsibilities & Context:

Bonded Warehouse Management

  • Ensure all operations comply with Customs Bond Rules and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate bonded stock registers and documentation.
  • Prepare all required documents for Bond warehouse.
  • Track bonded raw material receipts, issues, and balances.
  • Coordinate with Customs officials during audits and inspections.
  • Ensure zero deviation in bonded stock and daily reconciliation.

Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and record-keeping of materials.
  • Ensure proper FIFO, LIFO and batch-wise storage.
  • Conduct stock checks and reconcile with ERP.
  • Maintain inventory levels, stock aging, and slow-moving item reports.
  • Ensure materials are stored safely with proper labeling.

ERP & Computer Operation

  • Operate ERP/WMS independently.
  • Create GRN, MRN, issue slips, store transfers.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze consumption.
  • Strong use of Office 365 and inventory software.

Store Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain all warehouse documents.
  • Track inward/outward challans, POs, delivery notes.
  • Ensure proper documentation for production issuance.
  • Prepare store MIS reports.

Team & Coordination (Others Requirements)

  • Supervise storekeepers and helpers.
  • Provide training if necessary
  • Coordinate with procurement, commercial, production, QC, finance.
  • Ensure timely material supply & import notification.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure safe material handling.
  • Maintain fire safety, housekeeping, chemical handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards as well as other required regulatory standards.
