  • Proven experience in Bangladesh’s RMG sector. Specially Garments Accessories sector candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Experience and industry is relaxed for potential Textile background candidates.

  • Proven ability to manage and develop strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset; proactive and willing to go the extra mile.

  • Capable of staying organized and effective in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and beyond as needed.

  • Strong skills in sales and business development.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Explore and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on expanding our customer base in the Dhaka zone.

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct regular client visits in the market to ensure high levels of service and engagement.

  • Monitor industry trends, gather market insights, and stay ahead of competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity.

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to support promotional campaigns and client-specific solutions.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
