Responsibilities & Context:

The primary responsibility of this position is to support warehouse and distribution operations related to activities in Chittagong.

• Continually try to improve and develop business performance within -the constraints of legislation.

• Learn all the distribution systems and be able to work with the operations to maintain all those.

• Allocate and manage staff resources according to the changing needs

• Communicate and associate assignments and follow-up to assure assignments are complete.

• Liaison between distribution centers,3pls, customers and corporate functions to ensure achieving targets.

• Budget and KPI management as per the business forecast.

• Design and implement processes and tools to provide operations support for the organization’s goal.

• Implement Procedures and guidelines for Operations for supplier’s management and assure right functionality of operations

• Support the long and short strategy growth of the company.

• Participate in business reviews and continuous improvement meeting with Stakeholders.

• Facilitate new operation implementations and continuous improvement and cost reducing innovation while ensuring all operations are staffed adequately.

• Implement processes and controls to ensure distribution service meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients & monitor customer satisfaction.

• Identify operational weaknesses and gaps by regularly diving deep into all aspects of our operations.
