Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Skilled in Excel, Word, Power BI, and negotiation.
Must have strong operational planning and problem-solving ability.
Applicant must have a motorbike and a valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Used Cooking Oil (UCO) collection operations.
Ensure smooth, efficient planning and execution of daily collection activities.
Maintain proper quality standards of collected UCO, ensuring it is free from waste, water, and contaminants.
Identify improvement areas within the operation and take corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
Detect and resolve bottlenecks in the preparation and collection processes.
Improve route planning, scheduling, and collection plans to maximize productivity.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system, including inventory updates.
Maintain proper inventory control, reconcile stock, and ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports for management.
