Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or inventory management.

  • Experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, or pharmaceutical environment will be preferred.

  • Candidates with experience as a Store Incharge will receive preference.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory management software.

  • Good analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.



Responsibilities & Context:

Bank Asia Medical Hospital is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and motivated candidates for the position of Store In-Charge.

Department: Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all activities of the General Store.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods as per purchase orders.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of all items.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Pharmacy, and all hospital departments regarding material requirements.

  • Maintain store documentation, registers, and computerized inventory records.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies regarding inventory control and asset management.

  • Supervise store assistants and maintain discipline within the store.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the hospital management.
