• Bachelors in any discipline

• However, BSc in Chemical engineering or Bachelors in Supply Chain will get preferences

• Exposure to wash chemicals and general items procurement in the Textiles/apparel manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of chemical sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiation, and procurement planning.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards.

• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of materials to support manufacturing operations.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Prepare procurement budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management review.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
