• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age At least 25 years

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Keep constant contact with assigned overseas agents and shippers for smooth handling of the shipments.

• Follow up SOP for every customer.

• Booking follow-up, contacting shipper / buying house for booking (with all Proper information) Providing the required dummy/freight certificate to the shipper.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Reporting EDI/DSR on time.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Ensure follow-up with the vendor for custom status and shipping documents.

• Providing clearance to the Ocean Operation team for planning, mentioning booking no., agent detail, preferred carrier, selling rate, and estimated arrival time through mail only. sometime over the phone for urgent consignments.

• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.

• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
