Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel

High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels for all products
Receive products from suppliers or the central warehouse as per the invoice and packing list
Maintain proper documentation of goods received and inventory adjustments
Ensure all received products are properly barcoded and activated in the system
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
Update inventory movements (receiving, transfer, adjustments) in the system accurately and on time
Work closely with the central warehouse and procurement teams regarding delivery issues, stock shortages, or overstocking
Prepare regular inventory reports and share with management
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
