Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor`s degree in any discipline, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for self-motivated SCM professional to supervise and manage day-to-day Purchase/Procurement of Civil & Construction item. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, vendor and others stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of Civil & Construction materials, spare parts, equipment, and services for all Project.

  • Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), prepare Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely procurement through SAP.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.

  • Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

  • Prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase·

  • Coordinate with Project engineer, factory, and user departments to ensure the timely availability of materials.

  • Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and service, and take corrective actions where necessary.

  • Ensure proper procurement documentation and maintain accurate procurement records in SAP.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

  • Analyze procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend process improvements.

  • Prepare procurement reports and support cost-saving initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
