∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Should have good record of managing major project in land or abroad.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the full lifecycle of ELV projects, including design interpretation, installation, commissioning, and handover.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of systems such as IBMS, ACS, fire alarms, PA systems, and more.
∎ Conduct quality checks, safety audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project duration.
∎ Troubleshoot issues and provide training/support during project close-out.Supervise BMS, IT, Dimming Control System, AV, CCTV, FAPA, ACS, SS, etc., and report to the Project Manager.
∎ Work as per management instruction.
