Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee daily site activities in accordance with project requirements, client specifications, and local building codes.
- Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Assist in updating project schedules and making necessary budget adjustments.
- Coordinate manpower allocation as instructed by the Project Manager.
- Assign and supervise workers to ensure productivity and work quality.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site documentation for all activities and progress.
- Assist the Project Manager in all site-related activities.
- Verify completion of tasks before the final handover.
- Work as per management instructions and perform additional duties as required.
