We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Asst. Engineer/Engineer (Electrical & Instrument) for Paper Mills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, program and triubleshoot PLC system using TIA portal.

• Design and modify PLC logic, interlocks, alarms and sequencing according to process requirements.

• Develop and maintain HMI and SCADA applications using WinCC withon TIA portal.

• Configure industrial communication protocols including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP.

• Commissioning of automation systems, control panels, VFDs, motors and field instruments.

• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD and network communication faults to minimize downtime.

• Integrate third-party devices such as VFDs, analyzers, weighing systems, and smart instruments with PLC systems.

• Monitor and maintain field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters.

• Support machine modification, process improvement, and automation upgrade projects.
