- Age 24 to 40 years
Candidates with Chinese language proficiency (speaking, reading, or writing) will be given preference.
Experience in the operation of coal-fired utility boilers in a thermal power plant.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the safe and efficient operation of coal-fired boiler systems during shift operations.
Monitor boiler operating parameters and ensure stable steam generation through the DCS.
Optimize combustion performance to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption.
Ensure compliance with plant safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Lead and supervise boiler operators to ensure effective shift execution and handover.
Respond promptly to operational abnormalities and implement corrective actions to maintain plant reliability.
Maintain accurate operational records, prepare shift reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
