Assist the General Manager in managing the overall technical operation and maintenance activities of the power plant.

Ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of all plant systems, including boiler, turbine, generator, electrical, I&C, coal handling, ash handling, water treatment, and auxiliary equipment.

Lead technical management and provide strategic direction for plant operation, maintenance, engineering improvement, and reliability enhancement.

Organize and supervise troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for major equipment failures, operational abnormalities, and emergency incidents.

Review and optimize operational parameters, maintenance strategies, and technical procedures to improve plant efficiency, availability, and reliability.

Lead annual overhaul planning, preventive maintenance programs, technical modification projects, and shutdown management activities.

Monitor key technical and economic indicators, including plant load factor, auxiliary power consumption, heat rate, coal consumption, and equipment availability.

Ensure compliance with company standards, OEM technical requirements, local regulations, environmental requirements, and HSE management systems.

Supervise technical documentation management, including operation reports, maintenance reports, technical analysis reports, and incident investigation reports.

Organize technical training and capability development programs for engineers, supervisors, operators, and local employees.
