• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE/Mechanical

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS/QA-QC, preferably in solar, electrical, EPC, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, quality management systems, and rooftop solar installation practices.
• Additional certifications in HSE, NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 are often preferred.
• Experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, construction, or electrical projects.

• Develop and implement EQS policies, procedures, and management systems.

• Ensure compliance with legal, client, and company requirements related to safety, quality, and environmental management.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement.

Quality Management

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures.

• Ensure solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and other materials meet project specifications.

• Conduct inspections and audits during installation and commissioning.

• Monitor project quality KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Health & Safety Management

• Develop and enforce site safety plans and safe work procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments for rooftop work, electrical activities, lifting operations, and working at heights.

• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

• Lead toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents and recommend preventive measures.

• Ensure compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations and ISO 45001 requirements.

Site Audits & Compliance

• Conduct regular HSE and quality audits across project sites.

• Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with EQS requirements.

• Maintain documentation, permits, inspection records, and compliance reports.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies during inspections.
