Responsibilities & Context:

• Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Perform hands-on installation, testing, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and operational setup of analytical equipment, laboratory instruments, and pharmaceutical QC machinery at client sites.

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) service calls and urgent corrective maintenance (CM) to minimize machine downtime for Pharmaceuticals, Clinical, Research center, testing lab clients.

• Troubleshooting & Field Repairs: Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related failures of the instruments.

• Calibration & Compliance: Execute precise calibration and validation protocols on laboratory instruments to ensure compliance with ISO, WHO, and international pharma regulatory standards.

• Client Technical Support & Training: Provide comprehensive user training to client lab technicians, analysts, and plant engineers regarding proper machine handling, safety, and routine maintenance.

• Technical Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed field service reports, installation sign-offs, calibration certificates, spare parts requisitions, and maintain service history logs.

• Spare Parts Management: Identify required technical spare parts/consumables, manage repair inventory, and liaise with internal logistics for timely deliveries.
