Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc)/ Master degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Zoology, Pharmacy, or a BBA / MBA (Technical science backgrounds combined with business degrees are strongly preferred).
Direct Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sourcing.
Solid background selling Pharma QC equipment, analytical instrumentation, microbiological reagents, or life-science consumables is highly advantageous.
Target Ownership: Formulate, execute, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets set by executive management.
Strategic Market Development: Specify current and future product market requirements through continuous field research, competitor monitoring, and ongoing visits to key decision-makers.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-value deal negotiations, finalizing pricing structures, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure maximum margin and deal closure.
Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and maintain a robust, healthy sales pipeline—from prospect research and lead generation to contract execution and follow-ups.
High-Level Client Engagement: Pitch, present, and sell complex product solutions to key prospective clients, research facilities, and pharmaceutical procurement headers.
Proposals & Documentation: Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality technical proposals, tender submissions, formal quotations, and sales contracts.
Sales Analytics & Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, activity progress, and performance reports for board-level review.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, regulatory, and technical support departments to guarantee seamless product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
KPI Compliance: Consistently meet and exceed activity targets, closing rates, and performance KPIs set by management.
