Responsibilities & Context:
Support overall business and operational activities.
Coordinate with CSD & global business division to ensure yearly targets.
Manage and update relevant policies.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis for local and export markets.
Analyze customer requirements and convert them into product specifications.
Ensure compliance with country-wise regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with R&D, Production and Sales for new product development & launch.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support pricing strategy & product positioning based on market insights.
