Job Requirements:
Professional Affiliation: Active membership with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) is required.
Technical Calculations: Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Floor Area Ratio (FAR) calculations and relevant building codes.
Design & Detailing: Comprehensive expertise in architectural design principles, layout planning, and technical detailing.
3D Visualization: High proficiency in 3D visualization and modeling to effectively communicate design concepts
