Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage Road and Bridge or Building Construction Projects.
Prepare project plans, work schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Supervise site engineers, project staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
Review project drawings, BOQ, estimates, and technical documents.
Monitor project costs and control budget overruns.
Prepare project reports and present project status to management.
Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and labor regulations.
