• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Only Male

• 1. Having experience in Big Resort and Hotel Construction.

• 2. Plan, monitor, and execute deep excavation, soil retaining, soil stabilization, and sheet piling works as per engineering standards 

• 3. Manage the construction of swimming pools, cable car systems, and zip line installations, including cable anchoring and galvanized aircraft cable installation 

• 4. Supervise waterproofing, epoxy flooring/coating, and other specialized construction works 

• 5. Plan and oversee landscaping, plantation, saucer drainage, sprinkler irrigation systems, planter box construction, edge protection, and garden lighting installations 

• 6. Execute and monitor road network development, RCC drainage systems, retaining walls, and storm water drainage works 

• 7. Ensure high-quality finishing works including painting, tiling, pavement block installation, plumbing, terrace tiling, façade, and other exterior finishing works 

• 8. Review engineering drawings, coordinate design implementation, and prepare or modify drawings using AutoCAD. Maintain project documentation using MS Excel and MS Word 

• 9. Prepare work schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with approved specifications and project timelines 

• 10. Capable of managing the workers and material management. Must be competence in billing and vendors payment

• 11. Should have knowledge in interior work, False ceiling, drywall/drop wall installation, wooden floor installation work

• 12. Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the management
