Job Context
CIVIC Planning & Development Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and energetic Site Engineer to supervise interior fit-out projects, ensure quality execution, and maintain project progress according to schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Measure work quantities and maintain site documentation.
Ensure proper use of materials and compliance with safety requirements.
Resolve routine site issues and report major concerns to project management.
Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
