Responsibilities & Context:
1. Architectural & Interior Design Responsibilities
Concept & Spatial Planning: Developing initial layout concepts, mood boards, and functional space planning based on client briefs.
3D Visualization & Rendering: Transforming 2D CAD floor plans into high-quality, photorealistic 3D perspective and top-down renders (focusing on realistic lighting, textures, and finishes like marble or wood).
Technical Drafting: Preparing working drawings, detailed sections, false ceiling plans, and custom furniture/joinery details for site execution.
Material Sourcing: Selecting and specifying materials, color palettes, lighting fixtures, and loose furniture within specified budgets.
2. Project Execution & Client Management
Site Supervision: Conducting regular site visits to ensure construction aligns precisely with approved design drawings and resolving on-site technical issues.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with contractors, carpenters, electricans, and specialized vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Client Relations: Presenting design proposals, managing feedback/revisions, and handling project handovers.
3. The Operational Context
Firm Operations: The workflow balances creative studio tasks with structured office administration, including managing team attendance, performance tracking, and career growth/promotions.
Recruitment: Hiring typically focuses on Junior or Mid-level Architects with strong portfolios and technical software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray).
