• Experienced in managing 2–3 level basement construction projects, including excavation, shoring, dewatering, and foundation works.

• Ensured construction activities followed ACI/BNBC standards and approved project specifications.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and effectively coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Develop details project plans including scope of work, schedule & budget coordinate to with stakeholder to define project requirement & objective.

• Allocate & manage resources including personnel, equipment & materials ensure the availability of necessary resource & optimize their use.

• Lead & monitor a team of project management and all contractor manpower, collaborate & make productive work environment .

• Monitor & control project budget as per BOQ.

• Identify potential risk develop mitigation strategies monitor and address any issue that arise project execution .

• Ensuring & awareness all project personnel maintain properly PPE and arrange daily standing safety meeting.

• Ensuring quality control in all aspect in project as per company SOP.

• Monitor development & control schedule to ensure on time completion the project.

• Ensuring & control all types of materials wastage in all aspect. Awareness to wastage control to all project  personnel .

• Ensuring proper store management policy asper company SSP.

• Ensuring minimum inventory and maximum work policy.

• Analyses all project drawing like as CDA , architectural , structural , plumbing , electrical and perspective view and find out any mismatch shearing the respective department for solving the problem.
