• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification – Project Management Institute (PMI)

• Primavera P6 Professional Certification – Project Planning, Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Progress Monitoring & Project Control

• 10 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Assist the HOD in planning, directing, and supervising all civil engineering and construction activities.

• Manage multiple residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure proper implementation at project sites.

• Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with approved designs and specifications.

• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and construction methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, CDA/RAJUK regulations, and other applicable laws and standards.

• Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, BOQ, work orders, and contractor bills.

• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to enhance productivity and performance.

• Prepare periodic project progress reports and present updates to management.

• Ensure effective quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) throughout all project phases.
