Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
Check material quality, quantity, and proper utilization to minimize wastage.
Measure completed work and verify contractor bills and work progress.
Resolve technical issues at the site and provide practical engineering solutions.
Plan and monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements for timely project completion.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to achieve project milestones.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at the construction site.
