1. Supervise all day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

2. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

3. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

5. Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

7. Inspect construction work and ensure quality workmanship before approval.

8. Measure work quantities and verify contractor bills and material consumption.

9. Identify site issues and provide timely engineering solutions.

10. Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and material approvals.

11. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.

12. Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and maintain a safe working environment.

13. Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

14. Coordinate with the design and planning teams regarding technical issues and drawing revisions.

15. Perform any other engineering duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
