A Junior Architect plays a crucial role in bridging conceptual design and practical execution.

This role is ideal for candidates eager to add value in interior/architectural projects, from conceptualization to construction.

They will work closely with other architects, engineers, and project managers, contributing to various stages of design development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing interior/architectural designs, concepts, and layouts along with the team

• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.

• Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision, ensuring design implementation aligns with plans.

• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design solutions.

• Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices to enhance project quality.

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Contribute creative ideas to optimize space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.

• Assist in preparing documentation for permits and project approvals.

• Stay updated with interior/architectural trends, software, and best practices.
