∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen and production staff.
∎ Develop and implement production strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
∎ Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
∎ Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize material availability and minimize waste.
∎ Maintain and improve machinery and equipment for optimal performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
∎ A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to best practices.
