∎ • Assist in developing interior/architectural designs, concepts, and layouts along with the team
∎ • Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
∎ • Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision, ensuring design implementation aligns with plans.
∎ • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design solutions.
∎ • Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices to enhance project quality.
∎ • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
∎ • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ • Contribute creative ideas to optimize space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
∎ • Assist in preparing documentation for permits and project approvals.
∎ • Stay updated with interior/architectural trends, software, and best practices.
