∎ Assist in developing interior/architectural designs, concepts, and layouts along with the team
∎ Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
∎ Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision, ensuring design implementation aligns with plans.
∎ Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design solutions.
∎ Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices to enhance project quality.
∎ Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Contribute creative ideas to optimize space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.
∎ Assist in preparing documentation for permits and project approvals.
∎ Stay updated with interior/architectural trends, software, and best practices.
