Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete projects within the approved scope, schedule, and budget.

• Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract documents before execution.

• Prepare project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and progress reports.

• Manage procurement of equipments and materials in coordination with the procurement department.

• Coordinate testing, balancing, commissioning and clients like Army, LGED, Water Developmen Board etc. handover activities.

• Review and approve subcontractor work, invoices and progress claims.

• Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, variation orders and as-built drawings.

• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.

• Support the preparation of technical proposals, project planning and evaluations when required.

• Ensure successful project completion, final handover, warranty support and project close-out documentation.

• Must practical experience on Excavation, Regulator works.
