• Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Ability to handle large-scale construction teams and contractors.

Good reporting and communication skills.

• Plan, execute, and supervise construction works related to river regulators, hydraulic structures, and related civil works.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Ensure project activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.

• Prepare project progress reports and present updates to Head Office and Management.

• Supervise site engineers and technical staff and ensure proper documentation of site activities.

• Maintain communication with government authorities, consultants, and project clients.

• Ensure proper cost control and timely completion of project milestones.
