Relevant experience in the design, engineering, construction, supervision, commissioning, and project management of expressway/highway and building projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as expressways, highways, metro rail projects, and commercial/industrial buildings.

A minimum of five (5) years of the above-mentioned experience shall be at the level of Senior Project Engineer or an equivalent position.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) works for the Central Control Building (CCB), Traffic Surveillance Buildings, Toll Plaza Booths, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for the mainline/ramps of the Expressway, as well as any other works required as per the project requirements.

The candidate must possess a high level of technical knowledge related to the review of drawings, inspections and test reports, BOQ analysis, preparation of technical specifications, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, including HT/LT equipment, substations, DG sets, automation systems, HT/LT cables, HVAC/MVAC systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing and sanitary equipment.

Hands-on experience and project management skills necessary to successfully lead projects from concept to commissioning.

Experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams as a sub-consultant and/or client representative.

Experience in project planning, risk management, cost management, schedule management, and methods for analyzing and reporting project performance.

Coordination with the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC), subcontractors, government authorities, and sub-vendors to complete construction and commissioning works in a timely manner while strictly adhering to the Contract Agreement, Terms of Reference (TOR), safety requirements, and quality standards.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the CSC, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders, with the ability to express ideas effectively and professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office and other project or task management applications.

Knowledge of material BOQ preparation, obtaining drawing approvals, documentation, reporting, and related project activities.
